We make sure your spaces come to life through a cohesive process, organised in 5 steps.

  1. Understanding the space

We make sure we understand the particularities of your spaces, as well as your needs and your way of life.

    • Onboarding discussion, the brief and the architectural programme
    • Drawings of the existing building: measurements on site, survey of the architecture and of the existing installations
    • 3D computer models of the spaces
  2. Preliminary concept

We research and study solutions for your space. We curate visual and functional options that reflect what you want.

    • Programme study and conceptual design: moodboards (reference image sheets) for colours, textures and atmosphere
    • Layout and furnishing plans, with the exact position of every piece of furniture, with dimensions and notes
  3. 3D concept

We turn the ideas of the preliminary concept into photorealistic images.

    • 3D modelling of the furniture and accessories, 3D scenes, lighting and staging
  4. Technical drawings, quantities & estimates

We make sure the beautiful images are translated clearly and correctly into technical drawings for the works.

    • Electrical plan, with the position of every electrical point (sockets, switches, light fittings, sound systems, automatic shading systems, etc.)
    • Plumbing plan, with installation details for the bathrooms
    • Ceiling plan, with the position of the light fittings and other elements (LED and curtain coves, cornices, etc.)
    • Floor setting-out plans, with installation notes
    • Interior elevations, marking the main materials and finishes (bathroom tiling) and the special finishes (wallpaper, cladding, mouldings, paints, decorative plasters, etc.)
    • Drawings for the custom-made furniture
    • Bills of quantities for finishes and furniture, naming the suppliers and producers
